Features

Everything a booking link should do

Not a calendar widget bolted onto a form. The scheduling, the money and the follow-up all live in one place.

Availability that is actually true

Slots are computed from your weekly hours, your existing Zaptly bookings, your manual blocks and your real Google Calendar — so a meeting booked anywhere never gets double-booked here.

Google Meet, created for you

Every confirmed booking lands on your Google Calendar with a Meet link attached, and both you and the client get the invite. Nothing to copy, paste or forward.

Take payment up front

Charge for a session and get paid at the moment of booking through UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. Free sessions skip payment entirely.

Discount codes

Percentage-off codes you control — scoped to specific sessions, with an expiry date, a usage cap, or neither. Validated server-side, so they cannot be gamed.

Email and WhatsApp reminders

A confirmation the moment it is booked, and a reminder an hour before the call — to the client, with the details already filled in.

Multiple session types

Set up as many as you need, each with its own duration, price, description and custom intake questions.

Block time, pause bookings

Block a day off and it syncs to your real calendar. Pause bookings entirely and your page collects enquiries instead, so you keep the lead either way.

Reschedule and cancel requests

Clients request a change from their booking link; you approve, reject, and decide any refund. No one silently moves a call on your calendar.

Timezone handled properly

You set your hours once in IST. Clients see every slot converted to whatever timezone their browser is in.

How it works

Three steps, then it is hands-off

The point is that after you have shared the link, there is nothing left for you to do manually.

01

Share your link

Every admin gets their own page at /book/your-name, listing the sessions you offer with their duration and price.

02

The client books and pays

They pick from slots that are genuinely open, answer whatever you asked, apply a discount code if they have one, and pay.

03

Everything else runs itself

The Meet link gets created, both calendars get the invite, the confirmation goes out, and an hour before the call the reminder does too.

Payments

Get paid when they book, not after

Attach a price to any session and the payment happens as part of booking it. No invoices to chase, no unpaid no-shows to write off.

  • UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay
  • Prices are calculated on the server — the browser never sets the amount
  • The slot is held while the client pays, and released automatically if they walk away
  • Refunds are issued from your dashboard, in full or in part, only when you approve them

Card details are handled by Razorpay and never touch Zaptly

Automation

The follow-up nobody remembers to do

Confirmations, calendar invites, notifications and reminders all fire on their own. You find out a call was booked because your phone told you, not because you were watching.

Because the reminder goes out an hour before, clients turn up expecting the call — and if they cannot make it, they say so from the link in that same email instead of going quiet.

For teams

Built for more than one calendar

Sales, delivery, founders — each running their own schedule, under one roof.

A page each

Add as many admins as you need. Everyone gets their own link, their own hours, their own session types and their own prices.

Kept separate

One admin cannot see another admin's bookings, clients or notes. That separation is enforced by the database, not by hiding a button.

Every booking is a lead

Notes, tags and the answers to your intake questions sit on each booking — searchable, filterable, and yours to work through.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

No. They open your link, pick a time, fill in their details and pay if the session has a price. Nothing to sign up for. Afterwards they get a private link to their booking where they can see the details and request a change.

Stop trading emails to find a time

Share one link. Zaptly handles the availability, the payment, the calendar invite and the reminders.
